In North Carolina, Vantage has developed an early implementation of Web 3.0 using technologies already available in FireFox, Internet Explorer, and Flash. There's even a presentation mode for interactive discussions and drilling down of information. Qualitative Assessments Washington, DC -- The United States Department of Defense (DoD) needed a planning and assessment tool with qualitative valuations. The prime contractors hired Vantage to provide a vision, direction, and leadership. Most planning tools fall short when it comes to assessment. That is, the tools fail to communicate progress and adjustments. In addition, the DoD wanted to be able to show historical values and adjustments over time, including simulated time and events. Lastly, the tool had to not only included configurable mathematical models of aggregate data; but, also allow for intelligent qualitative adjustments and annotations of assessments. Vantage not only delivered the design and prototype; but, also exceeded expectations with visualization and drill down abilities in multiple view including over a geographical information system. This resulting system is well underway today, thanks to the contribution of Vantage. |
